Reviews
Do Walk has wildly impacted my life and inspired me to make some changes… I would’ve never thought that I’d find gratitude in walking.
Alex Elle, NYT bestselling author of How We Heal
An illuminating book that powerfully conveys a simple truth: that putting one foot in front of the other is a transformative act. DeLana writes with insight, heart, and wit about love, loss, work, creativity, and the mysteries of being human. Do Walk is a moving and wise book about one woman’s path toward enlightenment, that also tells a story about us all.
Cheryl Strayed, international bestselling author
Do Walk is a refreshing reminder that daily exercise isn't so much about sweat and exertion as it is about commitment and exploration, of nature and self. DeLana's evocative prose allows us to walk next to her, passing through the seasons of life. This book helped me examine parts of my life but more than anything, it made me want to lace up and head outside.
Charlie Engle, endurance runner and author

Do Walk Wildly with Cheryl Strayed
'Give yourself permission to do what you want.' Cheryl Strayed is author of several bestsellers including her memoir Wild, which recounts her story of why she undertook the epic 1,100 mile hike along the Pacific North Coast Trail. The book was later turned into an Oscar-nominated film starring Reese Witherspoon. Libby walks every day. Every. Single. Day. The idea came from a simple thought to relearn how to see and to slow down.
