About the author

Johnathan Rees is a corporate lawyer with a commercial law firm in London. He advises a wide range of clients from startups and owner-managed businesses to large national and international corporates on a variety of transactions from mergers and acquisitions and private equity fund raising to commercial agreements. Welsh and a keen sportsman, Johnathan's first-class rugby career saw him lying on physio tables at London Welsh, Bath and Headingley.
